Description:
The artificial curled hair is used by women for beautification. There are various designs of curled hair. Hair winding machine is an automatic machine. It uses different winding attachments to meet the requirements of different sizes of curled hair. The hair winding machine has been designed and developed to cater 100 types of curled hairs. The bunch of hair is clamped at ends of machine and the curled hair is prepared by spinning operation. The developed winding machine can be used for fabric winding/wire winding. The productivity is increased by 20 times as compared with manual process of hair winding. Machine is very easy to use and cost-effective.
Welding Conveyor

To design and develop automatic welding conveyor performing multiple operations like pulling of wires, cutting of wires, welding of wires and conveying of child parts
Description:
The welding conveyor has a unique design. It performs multiple operations like pulling of wires, cutting of wires of specific length, welding of wires at the end of PCB and conveying the child part assembly back to storage bin. The welding conveyor has been designed for conveying of welding rods/wires having diameter of 0.5 mm to 2.5 mm.
Design of Paneer Press
Problem Definition:
To design and develop automatic adjustable paneer pressure pressing unit with safety standards
Description:
Paneer press machine has unique feature. It has been designed with adjustable pressing pressure. It is light weight in design. It is automatic and easy to clean. It uses sensors for safety. The designs are available for different sizes of 5, 10, 25 and 50 kg paneer. Material of machine is food grade material. It is made up of 304 SS and 314 SS material.
